The Jewish Woman Entrepreneur & Executive (The JWE) helps Jewish women build the lives they love by pursuing their professional aspirations while embracing their Jewish values. Through education, community, and mentorship, The JWE cultivates financial independence; improving the lives of the women we support and the Jewish community at large.
Our Story
The JWE was founded in 2011 by Chaya Fishman. She realized that starting and building a business can be a daunting task, especially for observant women, many with little access to education or resources. Since then, The JWE hosts an annual business conference, 1-1 mentorship, city chapters, and an online community of women helping each other advance their professional goals.
